How booking works here

Tee times at South Shore Golf Course are released on a rolling window: a date becomes bookable a fixed number of days ahead, and until then the system reports it as not yet released rather than as full. Those two states look identical if you are refreshing a page by hand, and telling them apart is most of the problem.
